Ever wonder what 16lbs of frozen blueberries looks like?

And what do you do with the extra few that just wont fit in that last bag? Make a double batch of organic blueberry muffins of course (although they are completely organic, no spelt, whole grain, or Stevia was used at my dh's request. Sometimes ya gotta go with the good ol' fat and white flower.)

This is a light year for us... we usually do 50lbs between me and my dad. This year we got just over 30. lol... We use them in EVERYTHING though. During this pregnancy I have gone through the last two bags from last year alone because I put them in my nightly yogurt. It breaks up the texture so the yogurt itself doesn't make me puke, and the yogurt keeps back the heartburn.

What is your method of freezing them? Thanks

I wash them in a berry spinner and then put them in the bags and into the freezer. That simple. :)
